Aldie Mill Virtual Field Trip

Enjoy a virtual tour of Aldie Mill, a 200-year-old restored gristmill that’s a significant part of northern Virginia’s rich industrial heritage. Constructed in the early 1800s, Aldie Mill was once the largest factory in Loudoun County and is one of the most-visited historical sites in the county today.  

The Aldie Mill Virtual Field Trips consist of three unique virtual tours that cover the history of Aldie Mill, how the mill functions, and its role during the Civil War.

Nestled within the picturesque Franklin Park, the Franklin Park Arts Center is a 263-seat arts center with stadium-style seating, a full art gallery lobby, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. Opened in 2008, the center promotes and showcases the work of talented local, national, and international artists in all disciplines.
